Earring care: Due to delicacy of earrings, earrings will need to kept in a spacious environment. Please keep earrings in jewelry bag provided with purchase. For example: not in a jewelry bag full of 10+ earrings.
Broken Earring: Due to delicacy of handmade earrings, they can break if not taken care of properly. The fixing fee is of a broken earring is $10 + shipping both ways.
Damaged Earrings: If damaged while shipped or within 10 days of purchase, you will be refunded. You will not be refunded if damaged due to poor earring care. Optional fee to fix damaged earrings after 10 days or accidental incident or poor care.
